«Volunteer Day: One Hand» — renovating a primary school in Karmouz

Under the banner «One Hand», we organized a volunteer day that brought together 90 volunteers from the organization's team at a primary school in Karmouz. Throughout the day, the teams renovated worn-out walls and repainted them in bright colors, repaired doors and windows, and cleaned and prepared the courtyard and classrooms.

We organized the volunteers into teams led by trained leaders and completed the work in one well-organized day. The school emerged with a fresh look worthy of its pupils, and the volunteers gained hands-on experience in leadership and teamwork counted toward their documented volunteering hours.
